«ቀለም ሓሳባት» ማለት፡ ሓሳብ ከም ቀለም ተጻሒፉ ዝተርፍ ማለት እዩ። ብዛዕባ ባህሊ፡ ስነ-ጽሑፍ፡ ስነ-ጥበብን ፍልስፍናን ነዊሕ ዘተ ነካይድ፤ ነቲ ዘተ ድማ ብልዑል ጽሬት ናይ ስእልን ድምጽን ነቕርቦ።

The name means the ink of ideas — thought that stays on the page. We make room for the long answer and let a guest finish the thought. The craft is not separate from that: clean sound, a grade that respects skin, and a page a reader isn't fighting are editorial decisions before they are technical ones.

Craft & tools
Qelem Hasabat is led by a working videographer, filmmaker, colorist and editor — one person who carries a project from the first camera setup to the final graded master, rather than handing it between four sets of hands. That means the way a scene is lit is already a decision about how it will be graded, and the way it is shot is already a decision about how it will cut. Documentary, long-form interview, live multi-camera, commercial work and print design.
